How about that crowd at FSU.

Shows how special Lincoln is, good times or bad we’re always full (or at least 90%). Another big reason getting recruits to NE shows how much support from the fans. Pac 12 is an embarrassing attendance conf. As a side note.

Never liked Willie, always been way too "slick". He's for sure on the hot seat but I saw that coming the day they hired him. This year should be relatively easy recruiting against him with a very uncertain future. Schools with a rich history just don't like those kind of attendance records.

It was a strange hire. They hired a recruiter to coach a team that doesn't need to go far or do much to do their recruiting.

Not quite 90%...in 2017 we averaged 18k no-shows per game...If Mike would have been extended or if Frosty chose Florida that % of no-shows would have certainly grown. The game is going to be different in 10 years. I foresee the abandonment of pay to play and each team will do its best to fill its schedule with power 5 teams or independents. The days of cupcakes are coming to an end because attendance is so poor at these games. Conference realignment has also broken old rivalries. A bad Nebraska team could still look forward to ruining a season for K. St or Missouri or Colorado because we hate their guts. I don't care to watch us play purdue or indiana, even if we are decent. The greed of early in the decade is going to cause long term damage to the game...as is always the case with such things
