I have argued before, and been shot down, that I didn’t think it was the right thing to do. I’ll admit maybe I’m wrong on it but I didn’t understand why you would purposely put yourself out there to NBA scouts to have them watch your game, to tell you why your not good enough. I get why borderline players do it, but not Sanders
Why wouldn’t he want to gain exposure, while learning what areas of his game he needs improvement?

Tonight vs Minny Sanders was darn near a liability. Geo outplayed him.

I see Sanders making a very good living overseas.
With all the attention on Sanders some other things were important tonight:
1) Doucoure showed flashes against Murphy, a really good player.
2) While he didn't shoot well, Baker got shots off vs. Big 10 competion.
3) Thiam looked really comfortable shooting the three.

What type of exposure did he get?

“hey scout that have never delved deep into my game. Come tell me what I do wrong.”

He didn’t need a scout to tell him what to improve on

Thiam needs to get more aggressive.. Williams has provided absolutely nothing.. but but but.. he's been the best player on the team according to some

He got to compete against top talent in front of NBA scouts, which is the definition of exposure. He also got an NBA workout with the Kings. My god just because some Fan told you that you sucked in rec soccer doesn’t mean you have to blindly hate one of our own players

they have been criticized on the boards but I do not recall any of those 2 proclaiming themselves NBA players either
This is correct but Mike Williams four years later STILL can't shoot and plays hard (Corey doesn't?)so MW doesn't get half the criticism because he's not cocky?
