I’m not thankful for what Greg Brown has donated, but it’s not nearly enough to be calling shots like that

Greg was the right (and only) logical choice at that time

But if he’s still trying to wield influence, he going to have to start writing some bigger checks

Let's give credit where credit is due. Schiano does have charisma. He looks like a coach. He talks like a coach. He walks like a coach. But that is where it ends. Beyond appearance, there is a rigid, stubborn middle aged guy who always plays not to to lose rather than to win, who seems impervious to modern college football, and whose track record over a very long career is nothing special. A lifetime .500 coach. And Rutgers is stuck with him for the foreseeable future.
