Judging him on his tenure here would be stupid. The team quit on the coaches once the AD was fired and everyone knew the staff was on the way out. He has been successful elsewhere but moves around a lot.

yeah, I'm not sure how you blame a dc on one year. to me he wasn't around long enough to judge good or bad

probably a good DC that came in a bad spot and was weird enough to have a bad reputation in Lincoln. Probably not a good place to get a good non-biased opinion.

I have a hard time remembering yesterday let alone coaches from three years ago but I'll give it a shot.

Bend but don't break defense.
Rarely rushed more than three at any time
(regardless of the situation)
Did not force alot of turnovers
Alot is asked of the LBs
You need a couple behemoths in the middle (which we didn't have)

He was put in a tough situation while here. Honestly, he's probably as good/bad as the personnel he has to work with.
