What are you so worried about? That Nebraska finally made the correct hire? That Nebraska is making a strong effort to be competitive again? If not, you wouldn't be over here thumping your chest about Iowa football & losing 1 recruit.
His “see you in Kinnick” would sound ominous and oh so scary...if only that same stadium hadn’t failed to impress the likes of Central Michigan, Western Michigan, Northern Illinois, and North Dakota State (not to mention Iowa State and Purdue) during Ferentz’s tenure. Maybe that visitor’s locker room needs a brighter shade of pink for directional schools?
And the only way iowa got to 9-9 vs Nebraska is the worst Husker teams since WW2 had to come about to make it happen.

What? How are we getting a player from Iowa? He's from Wichita, Ks & went to Butler County Community College in Kansas. He chose Nebraska over Iowa, as well as other schools. God, go away.
He's from Wichita, Kansas not Iowa. And you're damn right we're excited to beat out Iowa at a position of need, one that Iowa has been damn good at, with Wisconsin coming hot and heavy at the 11th hour.

Of course he’d think it’s better: he’s applying the Iowa football standard of success. Our run was made by an eventual Heisman winner who played in a national title game, whereas their run helped prevent the Hawkeyes from eventually losing 6 games that season instead of 5. 8-5 at Iowa = time to break out the commemorative rings.

There is no way to word that in your favor short of saying something that isn't true like Nebraska getting a player from Iowa. He's not from Iowa and he wasn't committed to Iowa either, Nebraska simply won out on a recruit that Iowa wanted as well..
