Excuse my ignorance if this is a dumb question
I just happened to be outside working in the flower bed this afternoon while my wife was bathing the kids. I heard water running so I crawled up under the house and the train for their tub was unhooked from my sewer line and running under the house. I live in a very old house (1910s) in the delta and the house sinking/settling is just a part of it. However, the wall right next to the kids bathroom has sunk way more than any other part of the house. There is no telling how long it has been leaking so I am guessing that is why that part of my house is so sunken. Can that actually be claimed as damage from the leak? I dont want to file a claim with no chance of it being accepted. Thanks
