This is the correct way to determine home team.
1. Whoever has been the home team fewer times will be the home team.
2. If equal, whoever has been the visitor more times will be the home team.
3. If both equal...
a. If the teams have met in the regional, whoever was the visitor in the previous matchup will be the home team.
b. The team who was visitor in their preceding game will be home team, unless both were the visitor.
4. Coin flip.

With that said, and given that we have been home team in both of our games....
If we face Campbell, they will have been home team twice and visitor once before Game 6. Campbell would be home team in Game 6 (by step 2 above). Then we would be home team in Game 7, if necessary (step 1).
If we face VCU, they will have been home team once and visitor twice before Game 6. VCU would be home team in Game 6 (step 1). Then, oddly enough, VCU would be home team again in Game 7, if necessary (step 2 - we would be equal on home team, but they would have been visitor more).
