Wow. Only a Mets fan could have an inferiority complex so humongous as to prevent them going to a World Series game. Just give the tickets to someone in your family or a friend. What a great thing to do for someone who is a real fan.
Didn't know you hang a shingle out front as to psycho analysis me so well. Many factors are being considered, sorry it isn't a slam dunk for me to decide.

I would sell them. I have been to 4 world series games. 2 in 1986 including THE game 6. Game 3 in 2000 and one at the Vet whatever year the Phils' great regular season relief pitcher choked and had to be run out of town for fear of lynch mobs. Mitch Williams?
Since neither yanks nor Dodgers are your team, I recommend selling for a big profit.
Mitch Williams choke game happened in Toronto in 1993...

Williams had gotten out of those situations all year, although the league began to catch up with him in the last part of the season. If you look at the tape, he clearly slipped while delivering that pitch to Joe Carter. Phils would probably have lost the series anyway; you'll recall they lost a high-scoring squeaker in Philly that they should have won,

I remember years ago, a friend of mine and I went to the Vet in Philly on a Monday night game,vs the Giants. If any of you remember, it was the night Randall Cunningham did a Leonard Leap over Carl Banks on a sure sack for a TD run. Amazing athletic move, and there also was a play where Mark Bavaro carried 3 Eagles about 25 yards after a reception. Anyway, we sat in a section, where everybody had their faces painted white and green, and there we were with our Giant gear on. Need I say how that evening went, lol. I'm thinking this is how our evening will go, if we go,lol

As a yankee fan I have had 27 world series to see in my live time. But you as a
Met fan probably never will have another chance, to go to one, so go. But enjoy yourself
and do a thumbs up,. wear a Yankee shirt, and have a good time.

My son got tickets for WS game #5 standing room at Yankee Stadium. That means I need to decide do we want to experience a WS game for the 1st time in our life, or should he sell them,as both of us are Mets fans. I told him we could go, get our asses kicked for cheering on the Dodgers, or go and give the Thumbs Up to kill the Thumbs Down karma, lol.Oh, what to do. Hey Proud to Be, what times the game?[roll]Yes, at this point, it's obvious the Yankees are winning this series

huh? A true Mets fan would not enter that place

Lol, funny you would say that. Last year,we had a mini reunion among me and my 3 coaches that won the Cal Ripken State Championship with our sons in 2000.A first for Hazlet,NJ. One of the coaches had box seats for the Yankees vs Bosox, and Big Papi's last game in NYC. I enjoyed the game, felt like I cheated on the Mets, and broke out in hives 2 days later. A coincidence, I think not. lol.
