Kinda sounds like it. He's gotten multiple guys drafted in the first round as hitters... something we just dont do. If nothing else, it's a huge upgrade

I just don't know what I'm gonna do if we ditch our "struck out looking with the bases loaded" approach to hitting.

It was just nice to know it was something you could always count on - like errors from the SS - no doubt what was gonna happen when the bases were juiced.

He did make it sound like his guys will have a different swing with two strikes. That'll be refreshing to see.
