Dilly dilly hehehe I gotta calm down I don’t usually get like this...I got to go rewatch and look for some negatives and stuff we need to work on as K will and humble myself...Thus far I see we could improve on D as expected with every team in the country and ......foul trouble? Yet it seemed it had no affect on this outcome haha. I mean I don’t have the stats but I want to say they shot like double the amount of FTs.. Where the tarqueers at on that one? Honestly I kind of pity them. I can’t imagine hating a team that much, spending all summer starting thread after thread talking about how much I hate said team, then losing by damn near 40 points in the most embarrassing loss anyone has ever seen. We showed that we were the exact opposite of everything they said about us. I spent all night last night laughing because I knew how much this game meant to their fans and their program. Doubt the degree that they cared was lost on our team. We have so many alpha dogs that will feed off of that.
I wonder how many Kentucky fans cried at the game last night? They sure were in tears after Wisconsin beat them in 2015, BBN? more like Big Cry Baby Nation.
I saw these posts on RR and after seeing these posts I went and checked yesterday’s scores to see how other ACC teams did on opening day. I just glanced as I scrolled through the scores and I don’t remember seeing where any ACC teams lost but I do remember seeing where 2 SEC teams lost. One being Kentucky of course and the being Florida and both lost to ACC teams. We beat Kentucky as we all know and FSU beat Florida. If I’m remembering correctly I believe I read either on the main basketball board or RR that Kentucky and Florida were predicted to be the top 2 teams in the SEC this season.
Not a post on RR but I did take a picture last night of about 95% of "Basketball Nation" leaving the stadium with 15 minutes left in the second half.
No, he's not a d-bag, I'm on Rafters more than here and he's generally a decent dude. Obviously not after last night's game. In general that board is more tolerant of fans from other schools than any other board, including this one.
Rafters also has the most melodramatic fans, truly schizophrenic. I'm slightly ashamed to admit than I spent a good 2 hours last night, clicking from thread to thread, chuckling and wallowing in their misery.
I agree with you. He’s an absolute POS! Prolly has no job! He’s prolly just some loser that sits at home and try’s to be a computer warrior because that’s the only thing he’s good at.
As to tolerance on RR vs here....I’ve visited both boards, and many others, for about a decade. Others on here longer than me. RR is no where near one of the most tolerant boards when it comes to visiting fans. Not. Even. Close.
Hell, they aren’t even tolerant of their own fans a lot of the time.

This might not necessarily fit with the thread but it has to do with a post I saw on either RR or the main college basketball board where a Kentucky fan said the ACC is weak this years and I didn’t want to start another thread for it so I thought I’d post it in this thread. I decided to check to see how other ACC teams and SEC teams did on the first day of the season. 10 ACC teams played on the first day and went 10-0 in those games and 9 SEC teams played on the first day and went 7-2 in those games. I don’t know about ya’ll but the ACC going 10-0 on the first day of the season doesn’t seem like the ACC is weak this year.
Nope, he absolutely is not. Rafters was the first and only Rivals board I was on for a long, long time. I was always really careful and respectful there. Got along with most folks. Not that guy... he was always so, so angry at Duke and anything related to Duke. He is convinced Duke is the dirtiest program around, that K is a giant *****, that there are no legit Duke fans, etc etc. He has some BS reason why every Duke accomplishment isn’t legit. Any time I posted he would come in, guns blazing (literally sometimes... he used to talk about how his whole family is gunsmiths and he basically wished he could kill me in a duel or something.). And he has a job. He is a teacher, scarily enough. But he talks about absolutely hating his job and wanting to get out of teaching. Not sure if he has.
And no, Rafters is not. Well, the moderators are, because they basically don’t moderate. But I’ve seen you trying to fight the good fight over there, and still you have poster after poster go after you. I think I have more posts there than I do here or on the national board. While eventually a lot of Rafters posters relaxed and saw that I wasn’t coming to fight, there was this solid core of guys who could never do that.

This may be true only due to how the game turned out. If we had beat them by a few points, it would be an entirely different scene.
