With 7 minutes left in the first half Greenville Christian is leading Jackson Prep 28-3. GCU quarterback is legit.

GCU quarterback threw for 589 yards. GCU went for 2 after every td. They don't appear to have a field goal kicker.

Carroll beat the crap out of Winona Christian. 42-0 when I left in the start of 4th. I have yet to see em loose at home, bad as I want to.

I still have bad memories of that place from high school. Football and baseball the next spring.

Ole Bo Milton got them turned around! Played for a state championship last year. For about 15 years, if you won 3 or more games they'd throw you a party.

I remember about 1979 hearing my Dad and his buddy talk in the car on the way home after a CA vs Oak Hill game in Carrollton about how it was the hardest hitting HS game they had seen in a long long time . I don’t recall that too much bc I was too busy playing football with a wadded up red paper Coke cup and trying to see if the Carroll Co girls were easier than the Clay Co girls to go under the bleachers with you.

No sarcasm to miss. My home town is Greenville. Don't live there now, but was born and raised there.

Eta- Greenville, Ms. I mean. I'm assuming that is the GCU being referred to.

Eta again- Guess you were referring to the sarcasm behind "GCCC" and "GCU". I'm sure they are not the only private school that "recruits" for sports.

Greenville Christian apparently has a lot of transfers from Greenville and Greenwood High Schools.
