To update that you go to the front page and click your name, click it a second time and then sign into your account. From there you choose Billing. Here's the direct link: https://westvirginia.rivals.com/users/billing_information
Ive been doing that , i put in my new number than the page wont scroll down for me click the take my money button...im having withdrawals from the blue lot ..lol
I've had another person recently say they couldn't see certain parts of that page and I turned it over to tech support. But I suggested he try another device and he had no problem once he did that. Even turning your phone landscape will work at times. And some browsers let you choose to change between the mobile view and a desktop view and that may work.
Im trying again & i cant even put my password in, all other social media is working fine, including the sites i pay for ( pornhub fat girl deluxe)
Can you describe to me what you're seeing when you try to sign in? Are you saying you don't see the box to put in password? I assume you still haven't been able to use a different device? Even if you only have a phone to use you could download a different mobile browser and try that.
I see the banner that says i need to update my info, then i try & put in my password & it wont except it
