Yeah good coaches you tend to at least see signs of success early. Tennessee immediately has a far more impressive offense than they did before.

At Mizzou, we saw great early results with the Heupel offense. The problem is, Heupel is unable to play complimentary football with that offense and he'll ALWAYS put his defense in bad position with terribly short drives. Not to mention, the fat tub despises recruiting and did the bare minimum at Mizzou. He didn't do anything noteworthy at UCF, and their program got steadily worse under his watch. Tennessee will get *** raped by Georgia, Bama, etc.
