That’s probably not the only reason we lost but they came after us with extra fire. And Williams proved he was the best player on the court today
Oh really. They needed Herro to motivate them. Getting smoked at Rupp and losing at game day, #1 seed, not having to play at 9:30 in the SEC tourney, a chance to win regular season. Those reasons weren’t enough. Williams proved ****. Good player but hardly a fair comparison with us being down a player.

You won’t be watching them play long in March and won’t be watching the cats. Both are overrated like last year.

Not really. Just saying a Tennessee basketball fan is like a UK football fan. Neither have the greatest expectations because neither has been there and done that.
We haven’t been to a Final Four since 2015 and I believe this season will fall short and end in disappointment. I don’t expect a Final Four every year but this will be a four year drought.
I would think a sweet 16 appearance would be a successful season for a Tennessee basketball fan.
I think it is unreasonable to be dissatisfied with not winning it all at every sport

I agree it was a stupid thing to say. I love Herro, but he’s smarter than that.
This being said, the entire team played like a bunch of drunken pussies.
It happens. Hell, the Patriots looked awful in a few games but won the Super Bowl.

They really don’t have the star to take over when things are going bad. I was hoping we could do it by committee but it’s just not there.
Just don’t see it happening. Possibly elite 8 at most for both. The only thing they have going for them is the rest of the field is relatively weak.
