Grant Williams is one of the few college players i dislike enough that I hope his NBA career is a complete and total disaster.
It's hard to flop when you're 12 feet away because the fake made you stagger like a drunk.

I am surprised he stayed on his feet to be honest even with Herro that far away. Williams flops so much and so bad he should have been an honorary Dookie !

I remember the Vandy game where he shot 23 free throws. There is no reason an un-athletic 6'6" PF should ever shoot that many in a game because no team would have any need to foul him that many times to stop him. It was a complete joke.

Right. The flopping won't cut it in the NBA. He got away with that garbage in the SEC because he was an upperclassman. In the NBA, he will try that crap and then they'll tell him- "look man, just play defense and stop flopping. You're not getting that call here and you're costing us possessions, and ultimately games." The other issue he has is illustrated in this post. In the NCAA, he could get away with playing center and power forward. But in the NBA, he's gonna be guarding smaller, quicker players like Herro. He's likely gonna be defending the 3, which makes him a liability. He's strong enough but not long enough to play the 4 or 5, and as this video shows, he's too slow to defend anyone else. He's not gonna last long in the NBA, I have a feeling.
