This has got to be one of the most entertaining coaching carousels in recent memory. Mostly due to Tenn
What a great time to be alive. We watch the shitshow while we are perked above the rest, fantasizing about Frost coming home.
Really can't believe this hire actually. How long has he been out of coaching. Tenn job going on what #5 or 6 candidate. Crazy time. Frost announcement is going to be golden in CFB. Everyone else is out their mind.
apparently Tenn has put out feelers to 78 coaches.
For once we are one of the "losers". UCLA and Nebraska are the biggest winners according to the media, I would guess. A&M if they get Jimbo. Miss State did good.

I know. It's usually us that's standing when the music stops. But somehow...even with all of the coaching upheaval of this year...we appear to have not only found a chair, but we're being seated right next to the keynote speaker.
Not quite a done deal yet according to this article in the Phoenix paper. His hiring is pending approval by the school president, who will meet with him over the weekend.

Does tenn go after sumlin? They dont deserve that guy and i will be kinda mad if they end up landing him after the dumpster fire that has been going on there.. i thought asu was supposed to have landed him
Ray Anderson (ASU AD) used to be Herms agent. The local media guys down here are going nuts and never wanted Graham fired, especially considering the AD is mandating the new coach keep Grahams assistants. I thought they were going to get Sumlin, but I doubt he would agree to keeping all the assistants.
