People over at DOJ/FBI have Top Secret Clearance and so to people on the Hill. So why can't the DOJ/FBI share un-redacted materials with the Congress? Is having a TS clearance at the DOJ/FBI somehow out rank the same clearance held by a member of Congress?

As long as you can prove "need to know". I have a clearance but still anything classified I see has to pertain to my job.

Not everyone has a TS, regardless, it requires “need to know”. We don’t just sit around reading the Roswell files.

I had a TS/SBI/SCI for awhile...

I always got a kick out of telling full birds they didn't 'have a need to know'...

Does TS allow you to maintain a private email server for TS communication? Asking for a liberal democratic friend?
