Great for college football, which has never been more popular than it is today

The waiver process was idiotically inconsistent to begin with

They just cannot win in any court with their “amateur status” 80 years in the rearview argument.

They desperately want to be in control, but capitalists beat socialists every time.

Imagine Florida State being able to get a top QB to transfer after their QB got hurt so the bowl committee couldn't drop them in the rankings.

They didn't volunteer...they lost virtually every lawsuit regarding their business model that has been in place for decades.

People with power using that power to limit the opportunities of others is VERY capitalist. And, I think you could argue that the current trend in college football of spreading the wealth and putting more power in the hands of the labor is actually more socialist.
