Why does the play in game move to 11th seed and not 16th seed?

There are two 16th seed play in games along with one 11th seed game and one 12th seed game.

IIRC, UCLA last year played in the 11th seed playin game and made it to the FF. Maybe RU can work the same magic.

Why does the play in game move to 11th seed and not 16th seed?

Because two of the play in games are between the last four auto qualifiers (for 16 seeds) and the other two are between the last four at large teams (of which we are one) and those games are right above the auto qualifiers who wouldn’t have been in if they didn’t auto qualify
