Wow! Not many defensive players get mentioned for the heisman.

He was the only defensive player mentioned. The rest were WRs, RBs, and 1 TE. With the amount of mentions he gets from PFW, the national defensive awards, etc. and the number of times we've been on the main ESPNs (ESPN, ESPN2), Zaven is known in the college football world nationwide.

Dean Blevins tweeted that he voted for Zaven for one of the national awards (either Bednarik or Nagurski).
