She seemed happy about it as she smiled ear to ear for her booking mug shot.
My guess is, as the reality of the situation sets in and some time passes, that smile will be a distant memory.

I would have stolen all your paper route money when you weren't looking and passed it off as mine and given it to her to go shopping, hypothetically speaking, back in the day.
I would have played the poor, yet poetic, struggling at home, victim card and she would have taken me shopping on her dime.

There is absolutely nothing admirable whatsoever about being selective in college.
Oh I was less than selective on a few occasions...but the fact that I was sober in class probably means we're not comparing apples to apples here.

she walks up to the mic and just as she starts to introduce the starters for the fall the friggin' gym came undone. they had to tell all the guys to cool it.
but no, we didn't get to go 'shopping' with her. as far as i know...we'd all been cool though. no bs telling on anyone.

This is her mugshot. I repeat. Mugshot. And yes. If I was in high school again... YES. And no. No, I would not tell authorities that she abused her position. I would take it to the grave. Of course, nothing like this ever happened. Not one of my teachers past the 4th grade were attractive in the least.

We're so funny. We all act like we had game back in high school and if this lady was our teacher, we would of hit that, as if it would have been our choice. Yes, I'm laughing at me to.
No we just know that 17 year old boys and attractive teachers in their 20s are a real bad mix. There's no need to be PC about it. In fact, if you really thought about it, there is probably some major sexual harassment unwanted attention going on with some these teachers simply because of their environment. Again, just a bad mix.
Of course there is a major unfair double standard that you pointed out. I would add that the punishment these teachers get is usually very light for the (consensual) crime committed.
