Clearly a typo or mistake. It’s 17+ on every site
Thanks for clearing that up. I was in WTF mode as you could see by posts here. That sure seemed to odd to me but with gambling taking over..and the history of the Vandy-UK games in Rupp during Cal era--nothing would shock me.

Speaking as a former HS and D2 head coach in the great sport of soccer everyone here loves I’m going to tell you a secret. There are no trap games. If you’re a good coach you don’t let your team look ahead. You prepare at the same high level intensity for every game/match. I think the concept of a trap game is a baloney way to say the coach “sucks he didn’t have his team prepared, they were looking ahead.” 80% of coaching is psychology and if you instill in your players that every possession is valuable, every 5-10 min segments of games you win every 5-10 min stretch you win games. You do those things starting day 1 and winning becomes a habit the way it used to be at UK. This is why I can’t stand Cals coaching. He doesn’t value every possession. Just the late possessions in tight games. If his team valued the first five like the last 5 we would be unstoppable. But hey just roll out the balls. No I wouldn’t be surprised if we had a let a let down because it’s cal. However I don’t think vandy has a shot in this game because eventually these guys will decide to play tonight if not from the jump.

I believe UK has lost once under Cal to Vandy at Rupp, which was last year.

The only way UK loses tonight, is if enough moronic suckers bet enough money on UK to win, “Vegas” has no choice but to call in the fix!

Please please, STOP BETTING ON SPORTS 📢

And they was a lot better last year. Duh. They went 22-14 / 11-7 in the SEC for 4th place. They lost several really solid players from that team. Liam Robbins (15pts. / 7 reb.) was a very good player, plays for the Pelicans. He was also the SEC defensive player of the year. Jordan Wright (11 / 5), transferred to LSU and averages 15/5/ 2.5 assist per game. Myles Stute, another very good player, transferred to South Carolina, and averages 9 ppg and is a starter. Yeah, I would say Vandy was a LOT better last year. They had other players leave also, that hurt depth and players advancing in skills with another year in the system. Quentin Millora-Brown left and averages 10 ppg / 9 reb. for The Citadel. Malik Dia was a freshman for Vandy, he left for Belmont and averages 18ppg. / 5.6 reb. and had 21 and 7 against Arizona this year. Noah Shelby (Rice) and Trey Thomas (BG) also left. They lost a ton.

That this is a trap game tonight
I would normally be right with you. I will admit, the games this team has been expected to win are often more dicey than they should be. But this is senior night and we actually have seniors this year who contribute. I think the team will be focused and ready. It may take a little while to shake free of Vandy, but I expect a relatively easy win in this one.

Vandy has been playing better, no doubt, but so has UK.

Your constant posts on the exact same topics, trap games, cal leaving, starting lineups etc is nauseating. Do you ever have new thoughts or do you just continually post the same trolling topics because originality just isn't your thing?
The OP is certainly original. He is doing a phenomenal job acting like an idiot, yet attracting the attention of us answering his idiotness. He is a very crafty troll.

Own game at a time. Let’s get past Vandy and don’t take them for granted. That’s how you trip.

Needs to be a limit on how many threads a poster can start per month.
I despise OPs Avitar. That is Kansas state Wildcat. Not UK

I think it’s funny how everyone bashes me for making threads like this. But remind me what has this team proven to us this season? They are inconsistent, they let teams score 90 plus points almost every game. Eventually that will catch up to you, we’ve seen it before this season.

Not talking about losing, was specifically talking about the spread as the games are closer in Rupp than in Nashville more often than not, specifically since '17.
