I see nothing wrong with this one. Especially given the ease of obtaining a CCW. It was pure beauracracy with zero check or balance to what gun control advocates would desire. I never even met the sheriff I got mine signed off by. I simply mailed a copy of my DD-214 (which waived the requirement for the class) and my check.

Wanna bet if these were furture Democrats ?

Alabama authorities are saying three adolescent girls were shot, one
fatally, after they went to an Alabama park to settle a Facebook quarrel
with fists in front of a video came .During the back-and-forth the girls agreed to fight each other at a
local park Friday evening to settle their differences. Police said the
girls planned to record themselves fighting and post it on Facebook.

As the fight ensued, two males, 17 and 19, pulled out guns and opened
fire, striking three of the girls, the station reported Saturday.

The shooting victims were taken to two area hospitals. The girl who died was identified as Kierra'onna Rice, 14.

We have concealed carry i n Florida and have had no problem with it.

I tend to like it more than open carry laws. Being from WV I had no idea WV had an open carry law.

Faux outrage on your part. You just listen to what you read on your liberal websites and get enraged. You are pretty much a pawn. Kind of sad.

No, but they found the Constitution the democrats keep trying to hide....

Actually that bill is a little concerning. It just thought the line was too good not to post.

Does simply putting a coat over a holstered side-arm make it more

dangerous? I believe you can open carry right now in WV...how does putting a coat over the side-arm make it more dangerous?

Still will need a CCW permit to travel to VA and PA.

Not to mention what this essentially eliminates is the fees that counties can impose on carriers, because those that want to carry without a permit would have done so without a change in the law.

If you shouldn't have to pay a poll tax, then you shouldn't have to pay to keep and BEAR arms.

I think a lot of people will still go through the CCW permit process as they'll want to carry in reciprocal states...that's my theory anyways.

I keep mine up to date for this very reason.
