Hungary is appealing, but I'd rather fight for my nation and land here to turn it into a good society from the Weimar degeneracy/decadence/excess it's become.

Okay.

You're generally not happy with today's "system" and "society." That is clear.

It's also clear that you don't shy away from complaining about today's "system" and "society."

Do you have any proposed solutions?

Or, do you just want to complain about it?

This thread reminds me of something from Gore Vidal.

[h=1]“There is only one party in the United States, the Property Party … and it has two right wings: Republican and Democrat. Republicans are a bit stupider, more rigid, more doctrinaire in their laissez-faire capitalism than the Democrats, who are cuter, prettier, a bit more corrupt — until recently … and more willing than the Republicans to make small adjustments when the poor, the black, the anti-imperialists get out of hand. But, essentially, there is no difference between the two parties.”[/h]

You would think it would be pretty simple to unify most of our major allies (EU, Australia, Canada, etc), the entire US political system and the US & World media to go after China. Air their dirty laundry relentlessly in the public domain in lock step. Hold those ******** accountable for this virus and all their sins.

China must act like a responsible world power if they want to be respected. It's gone far too long letting them get away with murder. I mean that in the literal sense as well. They got into the WTO on the premise they were still a developing country. Well they are largely developed now. It's time to hold them accountable and stop being a bad actor on every damn thing they are involved in.

Uh, that major ally thing might not work so well now that our president has pissed off the whole rest of the world.

We would lose all of our Aircraft carriers.

And lots of satellites.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DF-21

And God knows what they would do to us via the internet...

But in the end, we have more nukes so we'd "win"...

"and the next war will be with sticks and stones"

They wouldn't get close to one of our carriers. You have no clue the amount of hell our military is capable of unleashing when it isn't held back.

Capitalism was broke long before China got involved. Everytime we saved a company that should have been allowed to go bankrupt, we broke it. Now major companies think they should be able to do what they want and then have the government bail them out when they make bad decisions.

Yep, over my lifetime castles were built and moats were dug and secured by K Street buying lawmakers thus giving the castle owners the free market opportunity to accumulate billions while socializing the downside risk to middle America through massive periodic bailouts and tax cuts. Americans have been played like never before in history.

And the beat goes on...

There is nothing to read. People here have constantly asked you to back up your stance. You can’t do it.

Or asked how you would fix it. You can’t do that either.

We won't lose all of our aircraft carriers as long as we don't park em at the meat market
