Has Cal lost this group?

Not as much talent on this team as the hype they came in with. PJ , Diallo, Vanderbilt , and Nick were all McDonald All Americans but were all over rated. Knox is a legitimate talent but is way too inconsistent . Quade is a three or four year player who believes he is one and done. Only SGA has over performed. And the holdovers Wenyen and Sasha are both four year players but again they came here to be one and done or at the most two and done. So where does this leave us? If we lose more than 2-3 players after this season for any reason (draft, overseas, transfer) we will be in huge trouble for next year as well.

If we lose the next 3 games (Which I think we will) will the team be the worst team Cal has had at UK ?
Ever think that maybe its not the coach but maybe the kid? Some of you have such short damn memories .It's worked for so many other teams and we have a bad year and all the sudden it's the coaching. Geez
It already is the worst team under Cal. I think Nerlens team (when healthy) crushes this team.
All of the sudden? I have a great memory. I don’t know if all the other seasons “worked”. Most were bad regular seasons, some saved by some late runs. We did have an NIT and are looking at one here. 2010, 2012 and 2015 were great years though 2015 coaching got us in the WISC game. 2014 title game sure would have been nice if we go zone sooner, huh? The years it “worked” were because we had better talent. Are you saying it was all because of great coaching? Sorry, you can blame the kids all you want and think the staff does a great job. I lean toward blaming the staff, but hey according to you they have no responsibility, they’re just victims lol. Yeah, the coaching has been GREAT all along.
