Has anyone heard anything about the search

I am probably more on the edge of my seat in this search than I was for football, mainly because of the impact it will have moving forward. With someone like Graves we could still compete for national titles. Within someone unproven, likely back to the dark ages. Anyone have a pulse on the search?

You're seriously coming here with that username and 2 posts and asking that?

Gonna be honest here...

..I can only name 3 women's college basketball coaches on the planet including the one who's at Texas.

I can beat you. Geno, Vic, the lady at Baylor who I once heard had a son that played baseball at LSU (only heard that maybe once or twice, so can't be sure; Kim Mularkey? that last name is probaly not right but close). The foul mouthed lady at USC (who I will remember her name once I stop trying to remember it). Pat Summit (or did she pass away?). And now thanks to this search Johnnie Harris.

I want Mississippi State to win at everything, including bass fishing and frisbee golf, and Vic leaving is really disappointing, but not the type of gut punch I'm used to as a MSU fan.

join date 3-27-2020 seems legit, did anyone know Vic as leaving that far back? I didn't. Having said, that.. change it or start over. It's not like you lost a ton of history.

I won’t pretend to be super knowledgeable about more than 10 or so coaches, and most of them are not realistic candidates for this job.

If there were odds on this, Harris and Nikki McCray-Penson are probably the two favorites right now.

Well, seeming as I just realized my Alumni Calendar was still on March (a picture of Vic and the girls) I literally turned the page on him. The next one is Pink Ladies on the Lake. Soooo, the rumor is the staff will come from Rydell High School, led by HC Rizzo.

And even with Geno, does anyone really even know his last name?

Give it to Johnnie Harris and try to win the thing next year, assuming all our players don't leave. If we don't, we sink or swim with her, then we hire somebody else. j

Odds are we'll fall back to the pack after next year. You just don't find a coach like Shaffer every day.
