I forgot to post this last week...

Desalinization plants in Isreal.

As President Trump threatens Iran's desalinization plants !

I want to give our resident self proclaimed water expert some facts.

Isreal produces 70 - 80 % of it's daily water consumption from it's numerous desal plants in country.

It produces so much water that they are exploring methods of assisting arid countries like Jordan and Syria.

It proves that technology can conquer arid localities and population pressures.

Picture of the desert in Califronia's Imperial valley being torn up for Newsome's high speed train. Notice all that agriculture being farmed by virtuous family farmers. Not hard to imagine 70-80% of the Colorado water going to agriculture.

Yes, it can be done. It’s super expensive, so you would think most would be against it.

Would be awesome if we didn’t use up all the fresh water, but hey, people are idiots. Especially people that think India has a small water problem.

Stick to OL play and listen to water policy experts.

Jupiter Island has NO potable natural fresh water.

The water company is owned by the family that developed the entire Island.
It is in Hobe Sound on the mainland, and utilizes reverse osmosis.

The largest user ? Jupiter Island Golf Course.
The second largest user ? Everyone that uses water for their lawns and plants....That's everyone !

My highest water bill ? $ 900 for a month. Did I complain or not keep my inground pool full ?
NO.

Un-experts can check satellite maps of HUGE sections of India, now green.

Ya people that can afford $900 a month likely aren’t concerned. This might surprise you, but I don’t only think about the wealthy.

A couple hundred thousand kids a year die in India because they don’t have clean water. Small problem.

Listen to the experts just as you listened to Dr. Fauci, "the expert", and bent over for Joe. Gotcha. 55555

Wait until you find out that a college education doesn't make one an "expert". There is a recent innovation called libraries where one can find vast amounts of information on many subjects. And Al Gore invented something called the internet a few decades back. Throw in life experiences and you may find people know more than you think.

And how utterly pompous of you, like Icky, to say stick to the OL. One thing I know without question is I can absolutely learn something from every single person on Earth. But, you expect us to learn from a water "expert" who was stupid enough to move to a drought ridden and drought prone state. Gotcha.
