Happy Birthday to our nations junior sea service!!!!
251 today!
Indeed! Happy Birthday Squidlies!! Before joining the Army I gave the Navy serious thought since my dad was a Marine I've been around the Navy and on many installations. Just couldn't do the 'floats' as my dad called them. And as it stands, the two most S-Tier jobs in the military are Naval Aviator and Navy SEAL.
Hell to the yes. The seed that launched the ridiculously popular and seemingly infinite CSI/NCIS franchises. JAG was absolute must see TV for me - Catherine Bell was the hottest woman on TV and in a Marine uniform (worn within regulation no less and super accurate as she’s a LtCol with very few awards/ribbons which is common in JAG) teaming up with a lawyer/naval aviator whose boss was a former SEAL. Just perfect. I never understood why they switched focus to civilians in NCIS - they never worked for me. Nor did how formulaic they were. Sigh.
What’s wild is that in my anecdotal experience as a Marine brat and active duty soldier, like three in ten women in the military are this hot.

Agree Catherine was hot, but I also had a thing for "girl next door cute" Karri Turner.
