With two outs, Hanover gets four hits and a batter reaching on an error to plate four runs. Gregory had an RBI single and Shepherd drove in two with a double. Knizner singled in Shepherd for a four run lead.

Casey plucks the first batter which generated a visit from head coach Charlie Dragum. Two flyouts to center and a grounder to short ends the inning with Hanover ahead 4-0

Sinnen strikes out the first two batters but Nick Walker boots an infield single to put Whitlow on first. Josh Shepherd pops up to shallow center. Sinnen has only allowed two hits after the 2nd inning.

Kurt Sinnen starts the inning with a single up the middle (third hit of the game). Casey strikes out both Turner Bishop and David Mulac. Sinnen steals second.

Casey strikes out the side by sending Worthley back to the dugout. Casey has 9 K's.

Jeff Decker singles with one out. Hawks with eight hits. Catcher Keith Searles doubles over the head of the center fielder which scores pinch runner Taylor McDougal for a 5-0 lead.

Sinnen leaves the game. Relief pitcher Brett Forbes comes in.

Denton grounds to second. Pinch runner Jacob Pridemore thrown out during run-down. tagged hard at third for the second out. Denton ends up on second.

Forbes K's Chris Gillian for final out.
