Someone please tell me there is a replay of the last 4 or 5 seconds of gameplay. I missed it as well and have only seen the 3 point shot. I want to see everything leading up to that.

The lane violation called on Virginia for the intentional miss of the third FT, actually was a blessing. Other teams should do that, it forces the inbounding team to make a pass from out of bounds, without being able to move along baseline.

Its the only way VA could win the game

That was amazing way to lose a game.

.09 seconds from beating the number one team. With a four point lead they foul a Virginia player shooting a 3 with .09 seconds. He hits two of them and it's Louisville ball up 2, the Louisville player ran the base line which they called a turnover giving the ball back to Virginia, on the inbounds Snider (guarding the inbounds) just stands there allowing a straight pass to a almost wide open shooter behind the line, he banks in a 3 for the win.

This is the perfect argument against fouling at the end of the game. If you play tough defense and they miss then game over. Instead you foul and give them more options.

To make it worse the game probably would have ended before that. Virginia tried to miss the last free throw and get a tip in to tie it but they committed a lane violation that gave the ball back to Louisville out of bounds.

Had they hit the third free throw he could have ran the base line, or if it had stayed live most likely the best Virginia would have done was tied the game. Bad luck all around at the end for Louisville.

UL should’ve won it with .9 seconds left just launch the ball 3/4 court for a tip or even if UVA caught the ball cleanly you give them a way harder shot...

Well with a minute left in game, when Louisville took a 2 point lead, Ray Spalding stepped out of bounds, before his rebound putback, all the officials missed that one. But never seen a team lose a 4 point lead with 0.9 left, heck Louisville just could have been statues onn the last play and won the game

I said the same thing. Without UVA committing the lane violation on their miss attempt..the game ends with a UofL rebound. Deng running the baseline would never have been possible. What a crazy way to lose.

I don't think they tried to foul, it was just a dumb foul. Still even if you do go that route you foul before they shoot.

This team has played awful the whole year. Some showed no desire, others just playing for themselves, just going through the motions at some points. They didn't play well enough this season or take it serious enough to earn a win like this. That's just karma coming back around. Burn it all down and rebuild this team new coach, new kids.

This loss really hurts. I know we beat ourselves, but it would be nice to have those two blown calls back.

A catch and shoot with .9 seconds left....why not put a big man on the in bounds pass and not allow the pass over the top into an open 3 point shooter? Geez!

This game is a microcosm of the whole season.

The team deserved better than this tonight. And I rarely say this....but the refs definitely influenced the Cavs comeback.

This team is just not good enough to overcome bad calls....and don 't know how to close out big games. Period. SO sad.

This team is flat out stupid when it comes to fundamentals... and I fear the coach is too nice to rip someone’s *** for it, not that it matters at this point

I bet the line at 4. While I'm happy that Louisville lost, I still lost money. [poop]

I'm trying a new strategy the last 3 weeks. Parlaying heavy favorites .. been working so fsr.. up 3k last 2 weeks . I posted pics on the k entucky ole miss line thread. It helps when things like this happen.

I was at the game and UVA has no one that can break down a defense and score. UofL just played one of their better games and was extremely efficient. This is why UVA's style is not one that can win a championship, if they play a team that is just "on" offensively, UVA doesn't have the offense to offset that. But UofL literally froze and stopped playing. UVA didn't' even hit a three (until the buzzer shot) to close the gap.

Simply a comeback situation that is amazing to watch regardless of who you wan to win. Almost like that Texas A&M game in the Tournament like two years ago.

UofL fans looked like they wanted to jump off the 2nd street bridge, only bad thing is, the water is like at the top of it right now. And that would have so punched their ticket no matter what. Now they ahve more work to do so they are comfortable come next sunday
