I 100% agree that I also expect bad officiating. That’s scary to me because it means it’s becoming common place and there’s nothing that will be done about it. It’s like going to a fast food restaurant. I always poke fun at my dad because he gets so mad when his order is wrong. I tell him that I expect it to be wrong and I expect terrible service because that’s just how it is so I rarely get mad. Most of the time I’m just glad I got some food.

BS. Cross got away with one of the most blatant holds that I’ve ever seen on one of our long completions on the TD drive before the half. It was just a badly officiated game all the way around. At the end of the day, make FG’s and don’t make dumbass 3rd down hero blitz calls with the other team at our 15 yard line and we win handily. Two of three phases of the game we played and coached like utter dog **** yesterday, and we still had a chance for OT, on the road, at the end against a team that will win 7 or 8 games. We need to clean up a lot on D/ST, and some of offense too. Gotta control what we can control.

It appears the SEC league office allows the officials to manipulate the outcomes of games to fit there desired post season matchups.

Also, on the play where State pushed Burks out of bounds and he swung at Forbes, Duncan had a hand full of face mask of their Tight End. At best it could have been hands to the face, at worst a face mask penalty. Refs didn’t see it. They miss a lot both ways. The field goals weren’t blocked by Arkansas OR the Refs. They were missed by two guys who only have 1 job. 1 job.

If I got in a room with Sankey I would ask him about the state of officiating. If he said he was ok with it, that’s a problem in a half billion dollar industry. If he said we are researching solutions, I can live with that.

That's true, but the official had already stopped the clock and blew the play dead. If he'd not done that, it woudn't have been so controversial.

I would immediately ask him why doesn't a call lose a football game against Bama, Georgia, as the one against us Saturday. Remember. This is an off-the-record meeting. If he gives some mealy-mouth pap for a response, well, we know the SEC is corrupt. Look at Kentucky Saturday. Stoops was screwed in a critical leverage point with a non-call of a grabbed facemask. Yes, he came unspooled but we have seen Saban come unhinged too.

Exactly, and I consider it BIASED officiating. If its just bad then everything should balance out on bad calls that go for you or against you. I seriously can't remember any really blatant bad calls going MSU's way like EVER from SEC officiating. If someone remembers some I will be glad to reconsider but I've been going to State games since 1982 and we just don't ever get the benefit of blatantly bad calls that I can see. Part of it is being considered a 'have not' in the SEC but I think it may even go deeper than that.
