Bison is outstanding. When I go to Motown for games. It’s a 7 hr drive and I head west to Erie PA and pick up I79 south. There’s a place on the way between Erie and Pburgh that specializes in bison and we always stop there.

For you Bison folks.......a company in Reno.......Sierra Meats (https://sierrameat.com/ ). They have a ranch Durham Ranch ( https://durhamranch.com/ ) where they raise Bison. I believe you can order Bison thru Sierra Meats.
