Meanwhile, understand this in your depth of ignorance: You may think you're clever by couching your criticisms of Calipari in nuance, but the overall theme is 'Calipari sucks and we're always gonna lose.' Yet you offer NOTHING in the way of constructive ideas on how to fix it. Everything's a Catch-22 and you're nothing but a feces-flinging monkey in the trees.

to be fair, nearly everyone said they thought Haarms was coming to UK. Jack Pilgrim, Travis Graf, etc...all penciled him into the lineup.

Hopefully it’s the last minute change talk that always seems to happen and he will still somehow end up here.

No one likes losing players to the gleague but none of you offer any viable solutions. Other than call people that don’t blame Cal for the situation, pumpers.

It just shows these guys are more guessing than actually knowing anything. Just grows tiresome. They all want to be the guy to get the scoop so they hedge their info. I'd rather a guy be late and have accurate info.

Might not be reality but it seems like the longer this drags out the less likely to be a Cat .. and man o man do we need him , seems like a natural fit .

Well, would you want to be called a pumper, or would you rather be called "a whiner" or "a crybaby"??? Those are the chosen names fired at those of us that simply want to discuss what has been happening at UK.

Yeah, I didn't think so.

Also, I've brought up multiple solutions to the problems, but I'm not going bring them up again to appease you. It's been beat to death. Do your own research or figure it out yourself. It's really not that hard buddy, 99% of the rest of college basketball have figured out a way to put Juniors and Seniors on the court, so obviously it's really not that difficult.

I don't think you care who I am, but you definitely think you KNOW who I am. You haven't the faintest clue, which is why you are forced to resort to insults and name calling in your Quixotic quest to quash Calipari's accomplishments. Your first kneejerk response is to instantaneously label someone, in a weak sauced attempt to get them on the defensive while you meander around casting ham-handed aspersions at Calipari, and then when you are called out you play the passive/aggressive victim card. You're not even third tier in your Internet Warrior Class.

99%? Really? There are 788 kids in the transfer portal, so I’m skeptical of your numbers. Plus, how many schools have had better or as good of success as UK?

and I’m not going to research YOUR solutions. If you have one, list it!

Tell it to the other side. I have never called anyone a whiner or a crybaby. I've used the word "pumper" a few times, but I don't come out swinging with it.

Some people need to check themselves. My God, if you have a different opinion from them, you get attacked. we all know this board is extremely homerish, but when legit and proven UK fans can't have an opinion that isn't Rah Rah, yeah Cal, you're awesome, you get called a whiner and a crybaby.

Somehow, it's my opinions that are littering threads when all I'm doing is responding to others. In my opinion, the ones ruining the threads are the ones getting angry over my opinions, even though my opinions are valid concerns.

Some people don't like to hear the truth. This board is proof of that.

If you want to be a recruiting charlatan:

1. Put out initial tweets about the high likelihood of a particular coveted player choosing Kentucky.

2. When it becomes clear that you're initial tweet was BS, tweet about how certain nuanced realities might prevent that from happening.

3. When the fan base is starting to lose hope in a particular player coming to UK, post another tweet that comes out of the blue, where Kentucky is once again a frontrunner.

4. Ultimately - and right before the decision - tweet about how UK doesn't really have a chance and has lost momentum. If necessary, disparage the school that will likely land the player by floating innuendo about them offering benefits or promising playing time. This will gain you support from the portion of the fan base that doesn't think it's possible for UK to lose recruiting wars to schools in a fair way.

5. Start tweeting about other recruiting options to preoccupy the potential angry twitter mob that would otherwise call you out on your BS.

Rinse and repeat.

If you want to talk about previous threads, I said he's the perfect guy for UK, but the system he created is that of an NBA farm system. I also said his offense is dated. Ooooooh, you got me, those comments are sooooo off base. GTFOH.

With the schedules UK has been playing, how is that a fair comparison?

The out of conference schedule is extremely weak anymore and the SEC consistently ranks towards the bottom of P5 leagues.

I wonder why Kyjeff is being attacked by so many posters. I am sure it is all the other posters that are wrong. Or maybe kyjeff should look in the mirror and think about what he is doing that causes people to attack him. Wait maybe kyjeff is the one doing the attacking and posters are replying to him.
