I am just wondering if I am the only one that can't get over that weasel calling that tech on Hump. I am still angry over it and will despise Pat Adams till I pass from this world, I would love to just shake the crap out of him. It is inexcusable for that idiot to have made that call at the time he called it. I have ranted and am still ticked off.

still pretty peeved about it myself - it was a ridiculous call, even if "technically" ok

I'm not over it at all. I think it was funny that both announcers were like that should of never been called last night. Heck even bilas during the game said he shouldn't of called it

Same here Moe. He didn't have to call it...most competent refs wouldn't have...imo...but there was never a doubt in my mind that Pat wouldn't let it go. Seemed like he was already pissed we were semi-celebrating the play.

We have 2 choices...... either bring Pat Adams in over the summer and pay him to officiate the summer camps and hope that lessens his UK hatred....... or make a pact to urinate on him when he comes to Rupp. Its definitely got to be one or the other [laughing]

I'm ticked about it now. I'll be IRATE about it if it ends up costing UK an SEC Championship!!!

We can only hope it keeps Pat Adams out of any games we play in from here on out.

I honestly think Pat Adams believed he was doing his job correctly, which is the scariest of all scenarios. The call wasn't vindictive, it was just really, REALLY terrible, to the point of being embarrassing for the profession.

I'm laughing at it now, esp after seeing the guys joke about it in pre-game.

I'll vote for the latter.

you guys and gals should do a search on this little guy, it looks as if he thrives on making game changing calls. Unbelievable.

The more time passes, the more ridiculous it seems.
This is where I am,if we win the regular season SEC title I can let it go because it changes only our W/L record by a game.If e don't win the regular season title the call changes too many things.

It was a ******** call that never should have happened and it was handled poorly by the three officials after it did.

I think the whole situation was impulsive from Isaac throwing the ball to the players reaction of immediately looking at the referee to Adams thinking he had to make the call, I believe in the future that will be overlooked and I would imagine the referee wishes he hadn't done it and brought the spotlight down on him.

Water under the bridge, Kentucky still has their destiny in their own hands . Win out and grab a two or three seed and we'll forget about that whole call.

Hell, I'm still cheezed over the call on Murray that he supposedly hadn't re-established after 4 steps inbounds lol....

Amazing how many calls we remember so well and in great detail,I do the same thing and after 50 + years of watching it is getting pretty crowded in the old memory banks

It was a ridiculous call, Monday night I watched a Miami player hang on the rim, and intentionally swing out over a UVA player and drag his testicles over his head.
The Ref simply ran up to him and warned him, no technical.

Do both. Bring him in and piss on him daily.

He is a poor official. He is an example of the referee clique. If the there were no clique he would not be refereeing games anymore. If you are reading this Pat Forde tell Rick he should go ahead and retire before he gets hit with a "Show Cause".

Pretty sure it was Pat Adams that made the 100% wrong goaltend call against SMU last year in the tourney. Classic, "I am going to insert myself into this game" moment.

I'm still pissed and it probably costs us a #2 seed and a #12 ranking and possibly breaking into the top 10 ending the season. That game still hurts.... Hope some fan gets their hands on him someday.

I'm convinced that every time Pat Adams calls a foul on Kentucky he pees a little bit in his pants. Not much. Just spotting.

With you on this. Get over it. If you look again the ref was reaching for the ball and just so happened that was when the ball was thrown. Might have pissed him off IDK.If this was an opposing team UK fans would have be pissed if not called. Hell of a ball game either way. Now back to winning GBB

Best thing to do would be to stop talking about him, because that's all the little ******* wants: attention. He was probably stuffed in garbage cans in high school by jocks and now thinks because he has a whistle, he has "superiority" over all those mean jocks.

Yes, I'm still pissed.
