Barnhart hit .248 last year. He is right where baseballs thought he would be. He is not an everyday catcher at this level.
Suarez hit .245 the second half of the season last year. Teams have him scouted well, and he hasn't adjusted, and may not.
Minus the avg. Dietrich is right where baseballs thought he would be in regards to equaling past numbers.
Kemp is 34 and does not have the luxury of having a stellar group of bats in front or behind him like he did with LA.
Puig has played 1 full season in the past 5 yrs...jury out but inconsistency will be his label.
Winker is still getting his sea legs, but has no help supporting his spot in the order.

Votto...back to taking too many pitches. Not aggressive, thus letting the count get too deep, and hitting .116 w. 2 strikes. Hitting LO
is not going to help.
