Quickley’s 10 minute stretch settled everything down and helped to space the offense.
I don't think we even kicked into high gear in that half. After the first 8min, we looked very comfortable.
A solid, methodical half of basketball. Very workmanlike. We are a terrible match up for them.

Herro only catches the ball going away from the rim at about 40 feet. I know Houston has a stingy D, but this isn't really new. We've got to figure out how to get him some looks.

They are the definition of a good mid-major. Undersized, can make some shots, got some skills but are very vulnerable to a better crew from a power conference.
Good half. Cut down on turnovers and clean up line drives to the basket and we should be alright. Knock down open looks and make free throws and it should be round 3 with pearl.

Herro is such a disruption. Requires constant attention running around using the screens and then is one of our best defenders.

Cal needs to give IQ the ball and let him build confidence. Hagans just lost something the last 8 weeks. No worries. He's pivotal going forward but we need to win games, not end generational poverty.
This team shouldn’t be within 15 of us. But our offense is such trash.
We just go stupid so quick. Travis should get a touch every set to draw fouls.
