What is your EBWBSAS? (Earnings before wife buys stupid *** shoes).

Congrats Brady. That is truly remarkable.

Just finished all of The Sopranos on Monday. Now I’m listless when it comes to TV. I need another big series to watch (Mad Men 3X, BB 2X, Wire 2X).

Aren’t all these podcast motivation guys the same? They go from podcast go podcast hawking their babble. It just becomes a big echo chamber. They all need to apologize for pimp bitcoin at its height. Crypto!

Ocasio Cortez had some big college tittays.

How does the sports card business work now? Is it now some form of gambling as the business model? I had to google these mystery packs. Who puts those together?

Have you seen the Canyon yet doc?

We flew over the whole island today. Waimea, Napali, Hanalei bay... even flew into the volcano crater today. Pilot said we were pretty lucky with the weather and clouds to get into the back of it. Pretty tight squeeze.

Just surreal. Can’t recommend it enough. Bout an hour total. Went with blue Hawaiian tours.

Been sitting out on the beach last couple hours just watching the waves and surfers. 6-10ft waves today. Shipwreck beach. It’s pretty much all rock bottom. Have seen a couple broken boards already.

Brah.

You know how many baseball cards you have to sell to generate seven million dollars in a year? Don’t know how many cards but it was a little over 30,000 orders.

Ol’ BBdK mocked me for chasing my dreams. Thanks for the fuel. I owe you a drink. ****, a distillery.

Good call rocket man.

You’re telling me you sold 7,000,000$ worth of baseball cards in the last year? I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again, but gat dayum I’m in the wrong business. I thought the card business was pretty much dead following the saturation of the market in the late 90’s early 2000’s

Maybe the numbers hold up but, damn, I see teams licking their chops looking to p&r Nick and Reid to death when they are on the floor together.

And on the offensive side of things, I feel like PJ in that high post with Reid working baseline is what has changed our spacing issues. I’m not sure how Nick operates in the high post, although he does have a decent J from there.

Regardless, Nick plays daggum hard when he hits the floor and has earned minutes (although I like him better with PJ).

Maybe I missed this but why hasn't Matt Jones been on KSR this week?

I'm not sure I can stomach a pregame show with Ryan Lemond and Cameron Meals.

If you drive up to the canyon lookout, look for the footpath at the left of the base of the lookout and follow it. Most people go, look around for 15 minutes, then leave. Follow that path and you can do about an hour hike out and back and see some absolutely incredible views.

Don’t do if you have a fear of heights.

Kauai is pretty to look at but heavenly if you get out and explore.

Doc, the local hospital is entirely staffed by locums.

Rumor has it that Matt is also in Hawaii, but I don’t know where, maybe Maui.

Neither one of us are big hikers, and we saw the terrain from the air...we may or may not take a stroll after the boat ride. Some of those trails were 8” wide and with 200’ drops.

If I’m gonna bust my *** on this trip, it’s gonna be on a surfboard in Hanelei Bay.

Pono vibes.
