become an all-time favorite at UK
Am I alone on this or isn't he already an all-time favorite at UK? He's my favorite player ever. Nobody exemplified what I want a kid to act like/play like/stand for more when they put on the Blue and White. Nobody. Faulting the kid because he didn't get a ring doesn't make sense to me. It's not his fault Skal was a b*tch. He tried shoving the kid around and smacking some manhood into him, not his fault it didn't take.

I remember when Matt Jones had him on the show after he declared for the draft guys were calling in blubbering on the phone about what it means to be a wildcat. Can't really blame them. That kid was exactly what I want a UK player to be.

It probably wouldn't have hurt his draft stock either, and he would have picked up all the other stuff I mentioned.

I just don't see the rush - and I get it - these kids often come from poor homes. But other than Bledsoe, I don't think any of these kids we recruited were homeless. So telling the family to hold off for a year or two so you can maximize your earning potential isn't that bad. Then again, it's easy to say that when you're middle-aged and never had to make a decision like that.

I would totally be in favor of allowing anyone who can pass the bar to forego law school and go directly to practicing.

Law school was the biggest waste of time and money in history.

I’m 100% convinced a reasonably intelligent student and test taker could take a slightly extended Barbri course and pass the bar without going to law school at all.

Really get tired of athletes (or fans opinions) going ALL IN on the Association. There’s other leagues around the world that pay well, too.

Look at Jimmer Fredette. It’s abundantly clear he’s not an NBA contributor, so instead he’s a touching superhero in China. He makes about $2 mill a year, and is completely beloved. Gets about 50 shots a game, too. Tyler Hansbrough makes almost $4 mill.

Ulis can BALL, so he’ll never lack for teams wanting to pay him well for his services.

So......entire first half on ESPNNews or more? Don't think this football game ends before 5 central.

Wasn’t that part of the plot of the movie Catch Me If You Can which was based on a true story?

Yes but the Multistate kind of changed all that. Has a lot of nuances and 2 answers on almost every question look identical. Totally believe someone can grind through the essays with good writing ability.

Great interview with Cal right now. We’ve got awesome players, we’re improving big time, we’re super close to crushing it, and basically everything is awesome.

Yup. [pfftt]

I'm a big fan of Tyler Herro ignoring his shooting slump and attacking the rim. He might get hot.

Also, this team is not going to miss Quade Green in the least.

Finally seeing a starting lineup / rotation that makes sense. Stick with Hagans (I guess), use Montgomery as the sixth man, and play Quickley. Other than that, keep everyone on the bench. That includes Baker.

I realize that offense is just a painful nuisance to John, but PJ Washington should never shoot the ball more than 8 feet from the basket. He’s awesome inside, and terrible from deep.
