My entire extended family all live in that area adjacent to Clintwood. Buchanan County, VA. It's a different world. Luckily my parents got away from there before starting a family.

I agree with all that.

What about wrapping columns in greenery and white lights? And a couple of tasteful 3.5’ Christmas trees to flank the door?

Harbaugh's Bill Curry style offense would work great in Green Bay. Perfect QB for a ground and pound system.

- Think the KSR crew are idiots but hard to blame them for not having proper attire for a last minute embassy invite.

- White, green and red lights ftw. Blue, yellow and orange can gtfo for Christmas. Unless you have a UK themed tree.

He gets every player he wants. :100points:

Cal is shook. Not sure what he can do to regain his throne on the recruiting trail -- I mean, our NBA track record speaks for itself and is untouchable, and it seemingly matters NOT AT ALL anymore. We weren't getting Carey, so it's not really about him in particular.

Guess we just need K to get sick and retire. One thing is for certain ---> whatever Cal is doing w/ these elite guys isn't working. Dunno if it's his pitch, the staff, or a combination of a bunch of things - but he clearly needs to change SOMETHING. Really do or die time with Hurt/McDaniels.

Lass has her monthly hen night tonight at Coal’s. This is her busy season so I think she’s going straight from work.

Dad’s responsible for getting the lil lassies at daycare. I’ll have them fed, bathed, book read and in bed by 7:00 or so. Once they’re sound asleep I plan on sitting in my living room in front of a roaring fire so I can stare at the Christmas Tree while enjoying some Rat Pack Christmas and some brown water. This is the most excited I’ve been about anything all week.

Everyone on our street received a letter on the door denouncing any type of inflatable decoration, as well as multicolored lights. Also the mandatory tree that everyone has to put in their front yard (with exception being those of the jewish faith), must had white lights, red bow, and the lights should be illuminated between the hours of 5-10PM.

"These tacky, low-rent decorations will have no place in this area"

I dont disagree. The nextdoor post referencing those that have not followed the mandatory suggestions is something else.

Maybe if you live in a double wide they are ok, otherwise clear/white are a much cleaner look. Plus, if you have colored lights then you are more apt to have inflables and animated reindeer dancing around the yard.
I am Team White Trash when it comes to Christmas decorations. There's a house tucked away in Lexington that puts five million inflatables in the yard and we make a pilgrimage there every year. It's amazing.

I swear I think Cal's sideline antics & annoying *** public persona have something to do with it. Once upon a time, he was the "cool" coach, super fun to play for, etc. Fun is the last thing I think of when I see our recent teams.

If I was a recruit sitting in the stands watching him act like a maniac screaming at everyone, yanking anyone who's on fire, yanking anyone who's ice cold, and splitting minutes amongst marginal players I'd be questioning **** too.

-Lastly, Here's a preemptive GFY to wildcatchad telling me I'll be sorry when Cal is gone!! #imdone

Nice career trajectory Derek:

The Los Angeles Sparks have hired former NBA player and New York Knicks coach Derek Fisher as their head coach.

There's that giant white house over on Chinoe that decorates for Christmas like a low level Russian mobster's wife. Always a hoot driving through there at night with 20 car loads of kids running across the street

Speaking of Russia, @lookatthisrussian is the absolutely one of the best IG Follows, and only SAE & SGNI are following amongst my friends.

Do yourself a favor...

How about some shrubs?

Asking for a friend.

Ha. Lady that was in our house prior dug them all up and took them with her. Don’t worry, I’m a big horticulture ball. I’ll get some nice laurels and azaleas in there soon. Might even go crazy and throw in some silver palmettos at the base of a crape myrtle to get that nice gulf coast look.

Once the FBI thing hit the news, Sandy Bell made Cal stop paying recruits; that's why they're not coming to UK anymore. WWW ran for cover.

That's really weird, Vernon Carey doesn't seem like a ****** little *****. But neither did Zion, Reddish, or Barrett. Weird times. Lots of in-the-closet ****** little bitches out there these days.

We've been looking at the NCAA/FBI scandal all wrong. We've been proud of the fact that Kentucky and Cal's name isn't popping up for the most part. It's open season. Zion is the toast of college basketball and it's pretty easy to assume he received money. Calipari not paying players isn't something to be proud of, it's neglecting his job. We're the only kids in class asking the sub for help with the assignment while everyone else has a field day. You can't blame Duke for giving us a wedgie in the locker room for being f*cking nerds.

Maybe he needs to stop with the "hey, this place isn't for everybody" and "if you don't want to come here that's fine I mean whatever" too cool for school ******** and get back to being a hungry, cut-throat, won't take no for answer snake oil salesman.

Also, cut down on the sideline histrionics and schizophrenic sub patterns.

(Basically, be less cool off the court and more cool on the court.)
