- Told y'all Travis would be a main source of redass. It's not warranted. The kid. . . errr . . . GROWN MAN is a solid player, great student, and seemingly an awesome human being. But look at him: ripping apart friendships, challenging smart fan's basketball knowledge, etc.

FWIW he's just not a typical Cal player. He can't switch everything on D, he's not a great transition player, and he plays below the rim. But he's THIS TEAM's best option at his position. That means Cal needs to adjust some of his philosophy to meet the skills of one of his best players, but that's not going to happen. Maybe Travis can adjust, but I think it's going to be hard for him to give us that consistent production that he is probably capable of.

- The charge rule a few of you are clamoring for would revolutionize the game of basketball and I don't think it would be in a good way. Your heart is in the right place, but to say that a secondary defender can NEVER slide over to take a charge??? That would open a Pandora's Box which would lead you away from spacing/cutting/passing/shooting (everyone loves) into an isolation game of forced dribble drives and Mark Jackson-esque backdowns circa '93-'95 (rock fights). Like I said, I love where your head's at, but think about how college coaches would even screw that up.

- I beat the first person that was ever told to "eat ****" felt humiliating shame. That's a sick burn for the 18th century!

Eliminating the secondary defender rule would go a long way towards eliminating the scourge of untalented white dudes in CBB, so I'm all for it. Take your scrappiness and grit and GTFO.

How the hell is UK selling the same tickets you can get on Ticketmaster for $50 for $86? Since I needed 6 I sent ahead and pulled the trigger for Ticketmaster after looking at UK's prices.

Unless you’re doing ok with K Fund points, buying any away or bowl tix through UK is just a fools errand. You’re generally gonna pay more for unknown locations (which mostly end up being the worst tickets in the building). Committing to expensive, bad seats in advance due to some misplaced sense of guilt/loyalty is foolish.

Sorry, I'm still laughing at the idiots want to get rid of Travis to run a more "Nova" style offense. Same dolts actually think Cal is keeping Baker from coming back by not asking him how his knee feels.

:joy:

Well, in their defense, Cal does suck.

The craziest thing I've ever believed about this program is that Jemarl Baker doesn't exist. He's Ivan Renko. Whoever that guy on the team is, he isn't Jemarl Baker. He's just some guy who won a contest or something.

John's turning the frogs gay.

New Smyrna Beach is one of the decent places on the Space Coast. If I move back to FL that would be one of my top picks. Booker if you are taking kids I suggest Ponce Inlet, nice and quiet but still close enough to Daytona for the chilrens.

I lived in Wilbur By The Sea for a couple years, right between South Daytona and Ponce. Out of the hustle and redneck of Daytona but still on the beach. One block off the ocean with a pool in the back yard, 1 block walk to a Tiki Bar. Man, never should have left. Commuted to Orlando everyday, nice easy drive down I-4.

You're trying too hard, Voinivich.

Let the game come to you.

I never let the game come to me: I mostly sit on the end of the bench with my warm up pants on (Nike elite) but when I get in I bring the ball up the floor and take a Jason Williams-style pull-up 35-footer...

*there's only one of us that knows he's a horrible poster.

Last week, PJ Washington’s pink shoes turned heads during Kentucky’s win over Monmouth. We’ve since learned that the shoes, Nike Zoom Rev II TB Promo Kay Yows, are PJ’s way of honoring his grandmother, Susie Tucker, who is battling breast cancer.

:( Sorry, PJ. Perfectly acceptable use of the pink shoes.

He said 30 minutes ago that he's signing December 19, that he's enrolling at UK early, and that he's still recruiting other kids to go to UK.

So either he's the biggest heel ever, or "Rivals Dave" is full of ****.
