Boys, not to put a damper on things, but you all should be in a near state of depression that Louisville’s season is over. I’m not a big GAMBOL guy, but betting against the Cards the last several games was some of the easiest money that Vegas has ever given out. I’m not sure when we’ll see that again.

"This is not the way we wanted to send 11 seniors out," interim coach Lorenzo Ward said. "You would like for them to leave with something positive. ... I told them to remember the feeling of losing (nine) games in a row."

Ward added that he "never had the thought" of staying on as permanent coach at Louisville.

:joy:

This guy is sheriff’s photographer. Might be a fun little lesson if everyone reported him for murder threats.

How salty is MENGUS right now? I can’t see anything bc he blocked me and my burner account.

What’s this nonsense about Wandale Robinson?

Wandale was doing an interview and they asked him if Brohm came to Louisville would he open up his recruitment.

His answer wasn’t terribly convincing that he was fully committed to UK.

I’m telling y’all, that UL job is NOT attractive right now. Massive rebuild with diminishing fan support/money/recruiting base. Starting to fall to their rightful place in a Power 5 conference - bottom half to cellar.

Frankly, that’s where they’re destined to belong. A flash in the pan commuter school that sold their soul to catch a comet to relevancy and now the rent is due. They’re “diet SMU.” And now they know that.

Louisville athletics is essentially the housing market in 2008. They borrowed all kinds of money and power they didn't have, cheated the system to fast track success, all to build an unsustainable product that wasn't propped up by enough actual credit worthiness (the fans, the school, the program).

A bunch of guys got rich and bailed (Pitino, Jurich, Petrino, Ramsey) and the average taxpayers (and Louisville fans, boosters, even staff and students) are out here bailing them out. Now Louisville and their fans are expecting a decent coach to bet on them again because the way it was before the crash is supposed to pass for a "tradition," when it's really just a symptom of what was a severe illness. The whole modern program was built on a bubble.

And Brohm will go, because that family is so deeply entrenched in Louisville athletics, they probably think it's destiny, but Louisville is never gonna be what it was. And the world of college athletics, this state, and the rivalry will all be better for it. The world needs cautionary tales.

NFL. Still trash.

Gave tix away to last two Bengals games. Stress level decreased dranatically knowing I dont have to drive down to two more games this year.

Citrus Bowl vs PSU. Why not.

Haven’t been on here in a few days so I don’t know if it’s been posted. But Hulu has a Black Friday deal, thru tomorrow, $12 for an entire year.

Remember The Year of the Cardinals? LOL

That Caudill guy is a bonafided psycho. That whole The Crunch Zone bunch is a piece of work.

And I am rooting for Brohm to turn them down just so it absolutely spits in the face of the Apartment Renter.

The good news for Louisville, is per the Apartment Renter, Matt Campbell, ISU coach who I believe is the current betting favorite to be the next OSU Coach is Louisville's safety plan in case Brohm says no.
