SJ says the football team REALLY needs our support right now, you guys. Any and everybody that can, needs to make it to the game on Saturday. TIA!

That’s the worst. And I don’t know exactly how it started, but I know back in the day when kids didn’t wear pantyhose and spinner mouthpieces etc, nobody was begging fans to lift them up and inspire them to be great. FOH.

As been said multiple times, nobody has given more and received less than Billy Joe Football Cat Fan. If Lord had a heart he would strike down BJFCF and spare him the misery that is UK football.

A UK jersey with Job on the back would sell like hot cakes, IMO.

Or just UK football shirts with Job verses on them.

Really hope I beat Brax to the Christmas tree punch this year. Tree looked glorious this morning with flakes falling behind the window.

Picked out wedding bands today, actually wasn't as painful as expected.

First trip to Total Wine, wow, and it escalated quickly. Great selection and prices.

What would this team's record be if SJ were still the QB? Think he makes a difference at A&M and Tennessee.

Poker game tonight. Should be fun.

Cal: "What do you want me to say? We're really going to suck this year after I led y'all to believe we'd be great? Well... we're going to suck. Duke kicked our ***. I f*cking blew it allowing that bumbling dumbass Tony in the same room as Zion and coaching Cam on Team USA. Joel has ****** the whole Wiseman thing up but I've already called O and he's on a plane with WWW right now, they're coming back as soon as I convince Sandy and Milk. I'm still not right since that Wisconsin flop I threw out there and honestly I just want Brad to start next year so I'm not recruiting any other guards."

There's your quote Chase.

Doc, first tree went up first week of November. Second went up about 4 or 5 days later. Also have some beautiful lighted garland on the stairs and catwalk. Red JOY sign with lights on the landing. House feels like a winter wonderland. Beyond cozy.

Hope you got a tungsten ring. I got a really nice one when I got married (at age 17) and it’s held up really well throughout my various manual labor jobs. Highly recommend

I'd actually just prefer he STFU. Give a simple, honest answer and STFU. It shouldn't be doomsday, because it isn't, but it also shouldn't be straight ******** that no one in their right mind would believe.

Big couple days for my Nashville.

Amazon announces 5,000 jobs with a operations center right in middle of downtown. SECT on infinity. My AirBNB business is quite thankful.

Nashville is fine if you come in with appropriate expectations. Want to bounce around from bar to bar with minimal lines and cheap drinks on a Saturday night in the summer? Sorry, bubs. Not anymore.

But there are so many damn huge bars open now on Broadway with rooftops you can go out and have a blast as long as you're not lamenting "Old Nashville" all night. Or Midtown, East Nashville, Germantown, etc. And the latest cool social media hip thing to do is hit up the rooftops in the boutique hotels. Add the Bobby, Noelle, and Holston House to your lists. Or LA Jackson. Or the brand new JW Marriott.

Can’t believe Mr. Nostalgia (SAE) hasn’t jumped on the having the X-mad tree up so early. I guess it’s just collateral damage from Black Friday.
Now Black Friday starts November 1st so trees will start going up before Halloween instead of the traditional day after Thanksgiving. Commercialism is driving holiday traditions into the ground...

Hosting our 4th Thanksgiving this year and the 1st in our “forever” home. Pretty geeked about it, tbh. Macy’s Parade. Big breakfast. Turkey on the BGE. Fam. Wine. Beer. Bourbon. Football. Nat King Cole and Louis Armstrong playlist in the background. I absolutey worship Thanksgiving, even staying up until 1:00 am handwashing china and reloading glasses in the dishwasher long after all the guests have gone and everyone else is asleep. I watched my Dad do it every year growing up and feel honored to do it now. What it’s about, frankly.

As for Christmas, you won’t see a single decoration in our house until around December 1st. Real tree, of course. Picked up downtown at Christmas Tree Lane. $10 spot for the young man who ties it down on top of old 4 wheel drive.

A magical time of year for the American Family Man, indeed. Enjoy.

I love Sae. His whole damn mantra. Makes me happy to be an American.

Poker was a blast. Didn’t get the cards tonight but had some epic showdowns. Buddy brought a new “unreleased” bottle of Kentucky Owl... yeah. Did a little wine tasting, the bar is set for the wedding.

Hope Chad likes Weller.

Just thinking about how much Mike Leach would piss Milquetoast Mitch off makes me happier than Richie at the Hoots on Dutchman.

I'm sure Leach would be getting a strongly worded memo about how having painting of oneself in the nude in your office violates Title IX and reinforces the campus rape culture or whatever. And Leach would probably frame it, hang it next to his painting, and tell Mitch to touch off.

Some things are just too awesome to ever happen.

I'll bet other coaches hate him so much.
I have no doubt this is part of the reason Mumme was one of Phil's targets in the Memphis stuff. Fulmer's behemoth *** couldn't stand someone disrespecting the game by going for it on 4th and 12 in the 1st quarter or whatever the hell.

The story of Mumme eating a giant hot dog with every topping at mid field when he went to talk to Gerry DiNardo before the LSU game is the perfect "Air Raid Guy" move and I look for Leach to pull it out against Saban come January
