I don’t think Rex would pass an Uber background check, as slack as that is.
I’m even more pissed. UC is fun to watch and is using a wide open offense with a St X QB that we didn’t even sniff.
Chris from Richmond is alive and well on Twitter. He also just so happened to sit in front of us at the Elite 8 game in 2017.
I’m convinced that Stoops had mindtoiched Terry in turnovers that he’s scared to do anything. They essentially drop him back. No RPO and no bootleg. It’s just not his game.

Haven’t yet decided whether to give up on this team or not. Ultimately, my decision will hinge on whether they “move on from this” and/or “get back to work.”

He’s a good coach for a school with low expectations and terrible football history. If he ever gets hired away he’ll be fired within 4 years.
As I sit here right now, I believe the answer is no. A good coach does not allow to happen what happened yesterday.
Stoops is a good defensive coach, and they did a pretty good job of getting the team ready this year. However, they have proven they can't make adjustments offensively. I'd argue that's the responsibility of the offensive coordinator.
This sounds ridiculous - so bear with me, but I think they need to watch the Carolina Panthers' offense. I know Terry Wilson isn't in Cam Newton's galaxy, but Norv Turner's offense accentuates the things Cam does well like running the ball and reducing the amount of reads he has to make. Lots of misdirections. Lots of screens. Lots of passes to Greg Olsen (the phenomenal tight end).

He's a good coach and recruiter. Specializes in defense. Little offensive imagination.

He's certainly improved to the point that he consistently keeps 11 men on the field, so that's a definite plus.
I loathe Petrino, but maybe if we could get him in a situation like Jesse at the end of Breaking Bad? Chained in the locker room, intermittent beatings, just churning out offensive plays in abject misery?
