I mean we got one half of football to have a shot to play for the SEC championship game. WTF else do we want. Lets go.

Stoops has struggled with talent getting better. Baker and Westry are glaring examples.

Of course there are things WIlson can't do- but he's done what was asked of him so far today. His receivers let him down, and our staff made some AWFUL calls on 4th downs.

We are a 6-1 as a limited offense this year, and largely because we are efficient as a limited offense. Part of not having a good passing attack is on Wilson, but I dont think as much attention is paid to how inept our receiving corp is. They can't get open, they dont catch well, they aren't fast enough to beat anyone deep, and outside of Bowden being a playmaker, and Conrad being consistent when he gets targets- they are pretty bad.

Missouri's played great defensively today. Maybe they go with Hoak- but everyone on that side of the ball is going to have to play a hell of a lot better to get back in this one.

We can also make a change with Kash- cause any 3rd and medium is an easy conversion with him dropping back into coverage or being forced to make a one armed tackle.

Part of me wants to think, "Damn, we're 6-1 and exceeding expectations, you should be happy." And the other part of me is reminded that it feels like we could be so much more with Hoak in rather than Terry. No offense to the kid, he's done what he can do to get to this point and beat touching UF at the Swamp. But, now that it's big boy football time, we need to **** or get off the pot Mark.

If Hoak does not get a chance, it was all window dressing. The first 5 minutes of the 3rd quarter will tell us what this team is really made of. Sack up and at least make a run, or well,,, get run. Run game is not there today, running qb will not get it done either. Time to open up the play book and let it all hang out.

Rogue’s got issues, man.

This is an 8 win team and I’m damn proud of it. We’ll crush UL and maybe beat UT. Think about that season. Beat UF, UL, and UT in the same season. That’s friggin’ AWESOME. Talking yourself into anything more is a bit ambitious. . . and foolish.

Well if we beat UL, UT and MTSU, that is 9 wins. I would take that and not play another game.

I don't really even care if Wilson is better than Hoak. Why did Stoops cocktease fans about playing 3 quarterbacks if we are just going to run the same granola **** we always do?

Because Stoops was pissed that Hoak's daddy ran his mouth. No reason to have Danny clark run a GD 3rd and short when we can't do **** on offense.

If we lose which looks likely and Georgia wins, we will still be playing them for the SEC east title. It is laughable/ ludicrous to think that with our receivers inability to catch the ball, we could even beat Georgia no matter who is QB, but after that game, we have other winnable games, and we could still be playing in a very decent bowl game.
This is Kentucky football. This is still the best season we have had in years.
I never thought we would win this game because duh, but the future isn’t all terrible.

All that said, I still feel sick and disappointed.

Do we ever run screens, outside of WR screens? Do we ever run jet sweep action? Reverse? This offense is blander than a toothy beej.

Holy **** we ran the ball with Hoak in.
