Miles Butler is as much a victim of Coach Stoops as anyone. That kid probably told Stoops on his recruiting visit he can't kick. Not his fault Stoops is a moron. He should just leave. Literally sneak out and pack his sh*t and go back to whatever legless ******** he came from.
When was the last time we had a competent throwing QB? Andre Woodson (i.e., 11 years ago)....
I don’t care if he’s never kicked a field goal in his life, I’d rather run Max Duffy out there, if only because he probably drank 5 beers before the game and just burned a heater in the tunnel.
I'd argue Hartline could hit the moderate throw better than anything we've seen since. I'd also argue that SJ was a much better passer than Terry. I wasn't arguing that we are lacking something we've had, I'm arguing that the insistence on having a "multi-dimensional" QB is ******** and needs to die just like the notion that we insist on running the "air raid" needs to.
I've seen Gunnar Hoak twice this year and he lit it the touch up. Terry has had a few good runs, and we can use him for that, but not giving us the "option" of being able to throw is on whoever makes that decision. People ***** about Gran but I don't know what else he is supposed to run (maybe more jet sweep action?). He has a QB he doesn't trust.
To summarize, go full triple option or take a **** Mark.
CJ Conrad should be just as pissed. Haven't seen his play once tonight.
