That dude could have walked up, asked about the quality, fixed it and profit. Smug businesses will never win in this social media age.
If anyone that worked there recognized him and got him a fresh slice it would have easily gotten an 8+ and instead they’re going to be cleaning up their internet reviews for the next week.

Clean up? Unless he gets leniency from google they'll never get back to 4.7 where they started. It'll take thousands of 5* reviews at each place just to get back to 4.

I could be wrong but I think you can challenge reviews in cases like this.
Something tells me that guy knew exactly what was up, which is even more baffling. Prez walked out the door and was told to stop within 2 minutes, they’re not going up to everyone on a Friday night who has their phone out filming and telling them to stop.

I hope Goodfellas finds an equally ridiculous way to punk them back, and prove that all publicity is good publicity. A viral war with Barstool could generate an awful lot of exposure.
Schtick or whatever- they appeal to a lot more than just a lowest common denominator. Portnoy is over the top, but Pardon My Take is typically really good, and their individual sports coverage is also usually really good too.

You can challenge reviews but they're very difficult to get removed unless its a duplicate even if they're fabricated. Yelp has a little more friendly process but google and Facebook are basically there. Bates Security still has a bunch from that ameriking guy and his minions.

1. Regardless of your thoughts on barstool if you're in a pizza business you gotta know who he is. He is the biggest pizza critic in the country. Hell he gave their indy branch a great score.
2. I'm assuming the dude was pissed because he was trashing the pizza as being cold. If he just says, my bad man let me get you a proper slice then he'd get a great score. He had just complemented the inside of the restaurant.
3. He is definitely douchey but you can't argue his success. Barstool is massive.
Just awful for goodfellas that a dumb employee mistake ruined their online reviews.
