*Nike situation.

I have 2 kids, wife, mortgage, private school tuition, work, selling a house, looking at new homes, moms estate to close, recently released brother living at my moms house, and a funkcing job to worry about way before I can muster up two ***** to give about Nike or whomever they put on their ad campaign.

*Jack Ryan is good TV. Episode 4 and every one has been good.

*Boat had over 30 people watching the game from the water on a 30 something inch TV?

Not judging, but the juxtaposition of everything going on in Bernie's life/no time for anything else with his binge watching of shows was pretty funny in that last post.

Any word yet from richie? Last Known Whereabouts: Cold One City

Still alive and kickin’. Had a blast at the game for the most part. Tailgated in the Orange Lot with some buddies ( Anth/Jaime.. sorry I didn’t stop by. I wanted to head over but next thing I knew it was 3:15).

Was all excited fully loaded walking into the game. Then between baking in the sun with nothing to quinch my thirst other than Sprite & cheap vodka combined with the four turnovers I developed a minor case of the redass at the half & headed back out to the lot where I was able to enjoy some ice cold domestos and watch the 2nd half on tv in a shaded tent.

Defense looks good. Benny was Benny. The speaker overhanging the student section still doesn’t work.

3-4p games are awesome for getting out in time to relax and throw the premium games on while managing your tailgate hangover/drunk.

But terrible for cutting the tailgate ramp up in mood. Things settling into a nice groove then boom it's time to go.

-I think Dr. Bob is still mad at us re: Anth missing bachelor party and us missing their engagement party (which was completely my fault due to misplacing the invite in the move. :flushed:)

Anyways, the tailgate was great. It was a solid crowd and zero randoms.

-Hey Adrian, you skipping MSU too? Rumor has it that PTI will be in town for that one. And Burgans sans kids. Nice little crew setting up. Killa, what’s your planned game this season?

-Nice random Tuesday homemade meatballs made by Anth and pasta from some random gourmet Italian gift basket. iCrischi fried dried peppers are tasty as well. (It included a marble mortar and pestle too... something I’ve always wanted but have never purchased.)

-So if you wear Nike's you're a commie and if you don't you're a racist. So conflicted but I'm sticking with my vomeros and I'll just awkwardly be kind to a few police officers in my next interactions. #woke #maga

-Good quality pasta is night/day from that junk you buy in boxes. Always intend on making my own...

-Scribes are in a pissing contest over that ****. Assuming they all live up to the standards they hold for everyone else.

-Scrubbing Rex from twitter has been a pain in the ***. That motherf*cker is worse than a STD. Up to 5 blocked/muted accounts at this point.

-The Bernie in a Ferrell's apron was seriously one of the most fun days of my life.

Been playing this game 3 on 3 Freestyle that is a free download from the PS store.

It is addictive AF. It's NBA Jam on steroids.

Hey Jaime, Yes. As mentioned previously, I plan to be at the SC game.

-Fresh pasta is unbeatable, and easy to make -- but there are good quality dried ones as well. Very few restaurants, even high end Italian, that use exclusively fresh.

-Chase gets new irons every few weeks. Thinking maybe he should look at lessons.

-Golf DraftKings is awesome, can't believe I waited so long to dabble in that.

Went to try and do a little $3-5 CFB game, but they were very limited in teams/players. Probably something on my end, as that app is incredibly deep & detailed. I had no idea all the different things you could do in there.

-UKO is having a rough time...UK win & Colin drove him to delete his twitter yesterday for the 74th time. Looking forward to what weird name pops up next for him.

-Sucks to see about Ferrell's. 90 year old business that's remained essentially unchanged forever...looks like a total loss inside. Sad

-2 polos & 3/4 zip for $400 is a helluva deal.

The best part of Rogue’s Cuba post was the butchering of the “Malecón” spelling as “meloncolon” or whatever. But, holding up Assad as the go-to cult-of-personality example was a close second. (Mussolini says hello.)
Meh, I even googled to double check the spelling but typing a long-winded post on an iPad is a pain and twice it changed the spelling on to that.

Secondly, when I went to Syria there were pictures of Assad and his boys on billboards and buildings everywhere, like Cuba but the latter was on a lesser scale. That was the point, I’m sorry you missed it. Never compared Fidel to Assad or anyone. I compared their love of their faces on billboards.

Oh and TOUCH YOU JOEY if you think I’m putting that little, cute accent piece on ANYTHING you anti-American SOB.

- Seriously think Adam Silver sent some scathing email out to the NBA journo crowd threatening their credentials unless they TWEET!! about the WNBA and how amazingly awesome it is. All CAPS, too. #DIANA #SBIRD10

- Lake Cumberland/Woodson Bend this weekend with a bunch of couples sans kids. Last summer hurrah for dad before fall sets in and I get to wear clean *** Peter Millar outerwear.

- Castle & Key looks unreal. Will definitely hit up a tour and check the place out sometime during Fall Meet. Snagged a restoration bottle of their Vodka the other day just because.

- I know you're not supposed to have favorites with your kids but I can't help it. Do you tell them to their face at some point and make it official? What are the rules with this?

Seriously though, you should spend $2 on lessons for every $1 you spend on equipment. That goes for hacks all the way to scratch players. I've been consistently taking lessons for the first time since I was a kid for almost 4 years now, and it's the best money I've ever spent on my golf game.
