Indeed, but even then cars are insanely expensive (to me) these days unless you're cool driving a beat up 18 year old sedan w/ Hail Damage, which we're not.

Wife wants a midsize SUV. 2015 Toyota Highlander w/ 50K miles = 30K. Lol, False.

-My dome is perfection, I wouldn't spend $4 on hair plugs.

Couple of 15's and a 16 with 30k miles and under, all 3 can be had for close to $30k.

Was Higher Learning the one where the guy said "Nah, Let me see YO i.d.!!" to a campus cop? Never saw the movie but I remember that line from the previews

*Quick 48 hour trip to Chicago for the series vs. the Brewers

*Southwest is hit and miss with pricing now but when you catch one of their weird sales- it cant be beat. Direct flights up and back for under $100. New hotel right across from Wrigley is a great setup if youre going up during the summer- but downtown is probably the smart play any other time.

*A few too many draft beers in the heat on Tuesday but the game was awful and the Brewers fans just about go a beer an inning so I tried to keep pace.

*Dinner as Bavette. First time we'd been there- and I wish we went on a night when I wasnt an absolute mess. Filet for my wife, dry aged bone in ribeye for me. Both really good, but we wouldve honestly been fine eating street food. I think my wife dozed off at the table. Ended up meeting back up with friends on a rooftop bar for a night cap before finally calling it quits.

*Much better result to the game yesterday, caught a flight home after and was in bed by 10.

Bbdk,

-endeavor. Great show. Nexflix.*highly* reccomend.
-marcella. Netflix.1st series is solid. 2nd series goes into child abduction/murder...so no thanks. Plus there is a black character that bangs alot of white women...so it should be up your alley.
-peaky blinders. Netflix. More of a mafia show...but its the truth.

-weve been looking. Can get a highlander xle for 34ish if you ask at the right time. Thankfully ive talked the wife off the "i need 7 seats for carpooling" ledge...and we are leaning cpo Outback. 08 xc90 only has 110k on it...but were getting to the point where were dropping cash on the reg for repairs and i want something reliable.

-09 Silverado is going strong at 165k ima drive that thing til it dies.

* Sucks to hear about Zion Harmon being declared ineligible...

https://www.aseaofblue.com/2018/8/15/17696572/uk-recruiting-zion-harmon-ruled-ineligible-by-khsaa

The weight of his entire family was resting on his shoulders, and yet he's failed. Just another black mark in a long history of misery for that god forsaken family.

Harmons = the. worst.

* Scrolling thru Yahoo (yeah, I don't know why, either) yesterday, and saw that Omarosa is claiming in her new book.....

- melania desperately wants to divorce djt
- djt offered her hush money for god knows what
- everyone who’s white used the n word

What an insufferable ****. Go away, psycho.

* "I have a best friend at work" --> [thumb2] strongly agree

[eyeroll][eyeroll][eyeroll][eyeroll][eyeroll]

* You can find a damn fine automobile for $15-20k.

* Snedeker just seemed destined to win the Masters. Perfect fit for that demographic.

* Josh Teater picked up his tour card last week, btw.

* Leadville, Colorado.

Who wants me to mule home some gummies? :cool2:

Typical car salesman.

“Wife is absolutely in love with the new Lexus ES300. They’re around 35k.”

“Hmmmm....I’ve got a completely different vehicle in a color you hate right over here. What kind of payment were you looking for?”

Send out your spec to dealers and take bids from them. Their entire detail is to waste your time enough that you don’t want to start over with somebody else.

- keep this in gyero, but they're doing a major model change for Highlanders in about a year.

-- watched the two weekend games with the older members of my family and them getting the names wrong is my hatboggan, it *kills* me. So far:

* Kelvin Johnson
* Taylor Herro
* Immanuel LIVELY (?)

--- Was seeing a girl from Louisville off and on for damn near two years but I've been [clears throat) getting around so that's probably over. Got a date lined up in Louisville anyway and another one in Owensboro...

---- I'm gonna move back to the Commonwealth one day.

----- Football [heart emoticon]

- Houston on Monday to get things rolling for a client...then back and forth between Denver, CO and Jackson Hole, WY until Election Day. Not mad.

- Started seeing a 22 year old former Mississippi State cheerleader. Flying her in to NC tonight for the weekend.

- Zion ain't dunking on Travis.

- "It never dawned on me that Party Dancer is a strip tease act."

Gotta admit, Tommy has had one of the better arcs in recent Gyero history. He’s come a long way from the cape.

Re: bags of milk at football games

Imagine a group of diehard BBN 4Life’s renting one of those tailgate shame shacks and throwing a Milk and Toast tailgate extravaganza. Then imagine Mitch, drawn in by the smell of bread and diary product, pulling out a bag of milk from his own pleated pocket and shotgunning that **** like a Mormon on spring break. Then he gives everybody a raise.
