* I'm about as super casual as it gets, but there is a minimum expectation for how you should present yourself in public. Jeans and t-shirts are fine. Athleisure is fine. Wearing curlers in your hair or baggy, cartoon themed pajama pants and house slippers is not.

Good stuff. Lots of research about groups of people (Okinawa, Costa Rica, Denmark, etc) that are the happiest and live the longest. Some very simple themes throughout -- not smoking, socializing, walking/biking to work, volunteering, eating fruits and veggies, etc.
* Remember when Lebron James donated tens of millions of dollars to open a school in Akron that guaranteed free tuition, free uniforms, free meals, free transportation, free bikes, free college tuition, and free food pantry for families?

* Less than 2 days out from the official start of drxman's bach. Everyone got their Venmo lined up? Lots of big money gonna be changing hands this weekend.
* The Cincinnati Reds, the HOTTEST TEAM IN BASEBALL for 2 months, are still in dead last place in the NL Central. Only 3 teams in the league with a worse winning %. Good look, boys.

Dude is very gracious though. We play at a gym with 9 courts and he spends way more time than he should taking pictures.

When I was in 6th grade we lost one game and our coach told us it ruined the entire season. So with 2 losses you should really lay into those kids imo.
