Exactly. They need a new grill cook obviously. I have no problem returning a steak or burger cooked improperly for a customer. I personally don't care enough about food to send anything back.

A couple I’m good friends with were in SoBe last night and had an $800 meal. They’re loaded with no kids so whatever but just not something I’d do with that money. Hell, 1/3 of my daily meals are puréed food that I drink. I’m just eating to feed the furnace.

^ I have zero problem with someone sending back a $65 steak that's not cooked even close to as ordered -- that's what a true steakhouse is supposed to pride themselves on.
Eh. I was there with 4 guys from work and a vendor. Not going to be a prick about it but most other times I would've sent this one back. WS and I haven't been there on a non-Bean weekend or solo in a couple years if IIRC. Only place in town that has a good group atmosphere and everything else was excellent last night.

Typically its just over and I deal with it. Sorry that's just how I am. Glad you'll send it back but I don't unless it's just a disaster. Nothing to do with spitting in the food. They haven't come by to check temps on steaks in a bit.

-Louisville has like 50 miles of dedicated bike path. How is that dangerous? Other than swimming its the most sustainable low impact outdoor cardio.

The whole legal [smoke] was a trip, you walk in the shop and they give you a menu with all different forms. One of the places was very chic with shiplap and white quartz all over the place. Couldn't help but be completely paranoid walking by a cop with it and then just amazed when they give you a head nod and keep walking by. Also made riding the bike 1 million times better
Speaking of, its decriminalized here in Monroe Co. Time to partake and get in a “nice little ride”. Honestly one of my favorite daily activities.

To be honest, the group atmosphere “is not” great. You practically have to shout to hear each other. My only real knock on the place, it’s loud AF.

- Had to buy domino’s last night because the kids like the way their garlic bread and cinnamon bread aren’t just sticks but crossed like in a bow. They swear it’s gooey’er.

- Rack SAE on service/cooks.

But also if it’s about 1 temp up I’d say your server is lazy and left it in the window too long.

- Seems that Colonial Gardens is going to be some what wrapped up in time for Cody Jinks at Iroquois Ampitheater.

- After an early beach vacation and a few days at Ky Lake I will not go another summer without a pool or a boat to get out on some water.

- Kroger by our shop has gone all in on the Asian/Sushi craze and I couldn’t be happier. It’s not quite Fern Creek quality but it’s 2 minutes away.

- PTI, gfy!

I'm glad they are suing. Helps to keep the ***** scandal in the spotlight.

Yes, and if they somehow end up making a dent in the NCAA, good for them. Enemy of my enemy is my friend, and such.

This is not a claim that monetary damages can resolve. Either:

-Courts validate the NCAA's authority to vacate (most likely) but U of L heaps more humiliation on itself in the process, and perhaps we even get new details on the scandal.

-Court holds that NCAA improperly vacated, it becomes a watershed ruling and the NCAA's authority is undermined forever.

Drag each other through the mud. No matter what the outcome is, I already like it.

I would imagine U of L will be screaming about the disparity of their treatment in comparison with UNC, and I hope they scream loud. Somebody needs to, and they are aggrieved, so they have stronger motivation to do that than just about anyone.

Go Cards. Go Krogering.

Pools and boats are best enjoyed when they are both owned by someone other than you. Expensive and a pain in the *** when it comes to upkeep. Two the happiest days of my life were when I sold the boat and the house with the pool.

Nothing brings a town together like the mutual bitching of a burst water pipe, resulting in no water for tons of residents and boil water advisory for the rest of the county.

Second time in the last couple years makes it extry special.

Zero chance Anths steak gets screwed up as much as he says.
If you read the book "How to spot new money", page 13, #7.......it says, and I quote....." Makes up the fact that his steak is not cooked correctly in an effort to appear to be an uppity expert on fine meats."

Sends up a quick prayer that the water is powerful enough to wash that scourge we call Beaver Dam off the map.

I bought a Weber kettle a few months ago so I’ve been learning how to grill like a grown up this summer. So far I’ve done wings, various chicken types, burgers, etc. Favorite so far tho was a smoked meatloaf I did on the Fourth of July. A summery twist to a classic. Might level up to an egg in a few years when I’m a billionaire.

Here’s a tip: If you chew on a pen/pencil it makes you look very busy, even if you aren’t.

UK football jerseys are dope. Checkerboard looks great but I could do without the actual “Kentucky” across the chest.

Speaking of football, we’ve been doing our vacation in October the past couple years. It’s awesome. Perfect weather, smaller crowds, and college football on the tv for when you need a break from the sand.

This is as cliche and bogus as any cliche statements I hear.

Sure if you aren’t motivated to keep your **** valuable and have no intention of using it consistently then by all means this isn’t for you.

For me though it’s f’ing hot and after I get off work every day I don’t want to spend time hunting down a friend that doesn’t mind me coming over with my wife and 3 kids to terrorize their ****.

Not to mention come Friday being able to hitch up and head out to the lake for a weekend 2-3 times a month to give my kids great childhood summer memories for maybe 15-30K over 5–10 years.

Seems worth it to me.

I know "Mr. Lies about how far he can hit a golf ball" isn't the most trusted source but he can confirm. Just going to stick with the filet or a fish dish moving forward.

Leaving Kentucky in October, one of the few months this meth-infested bastion of America’s failed public education system actually has desirable weather doesn’t seem like a good play.

In BRax’s defense, he’s a stupid redneck who doesn’t know any better. Plus, he’s only headed to Gatlinburg.

I’ll stay in Kentucky Sept-December 31, thank you very much.
